Terms of sale
Applicable to Conformlex subscriptions taken out online. Version: July 2026.
Publisher: Keil Informatique, SARL with share capital of €1,000, SIRET 530 852 318 00027, RCS Versailles 530 852 318, registered office 128 B avenue Jules Ferry, 78500 Sartrouville (France) — operating the Conformlex service.
The service is reserved for professionals (B2B). By subscribing, the Client declares that it acts for the purposes of its business and accepts these terms.
1. Purpose
Conformlex is a SaaS software that helps bring AI training data into compliance with Article 10 of the AI Act (provenance, quality, bias, auditable file, ongoing upkeep). The subscription grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use; it entails no transfer of ownership of the software or its analysis engine.
2. The service
- In-place processing: the Client’s raw data never leaves its perimeter; only metadata, files and account data are stored.
- Deliverables: compliance files (Art. 10), analyses (quality, personal data, bias), monitoring.
- The service is a support tool: it does not on its own establish the compliance of the Client’s system, which remains solely legally responsible for its AI system and for the accuracy of its declarations.
- On-demand expertise (option): review of a file by an expert, billed separately by quote.
3. Tiers and prices
Metric = number of engagements (systems / scopes to certify). Prices excl. VAT, VAT added.
| Tier | Engagements | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | 1 | €500 excl. VAT / month |
| Standard | 5 | €1,200 excl. VAT / month |
| Enterprise | unlimited | by quote |
Any price change is notified 30 days before taking effect, applicable at the next renewal; the Client may then terminate.
4. Term and termination
Monthly subscription with no commitment, with monthly automatic renewal. The Client may terminate at any time from its account (“Cancel” button): termination takes effect at the end of the current monthly period (access maintained until then), with no pro-rata refund.
5. Plan changes
From its account, the Client may change tier: upgrade = immediate effect, new price at the next charge; downgrade = effect at the next renewal.
6. Payment
Payment by card, monthly charge in advance via the payment provider Mollie (the Client authorises a direct-debit mandate at subscription). A failed charge may lead to suspension of the service until regularised. Late payment: statutory penalties + a €40 fixed recovery fee (Art. L441-10 of the French Commercial Code). No right of withdrawal (contract between professionals).
7. Personal data
Personal-data processing is governed by our privacy policy and, where applicable, a data processing agreement (DPA) entered into with the Client.
8. Intellectual property
The software, engine and documentation remain the exclusive property of the Publisher. The Client’s data and files remain its property; the Publisher accesses them only to perform the service.
9. Liability
The service is a compliance aid and does not guarantee the compliance of the Client’s system, nor the absence of an audit or penalty by an authority. Save for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, the Publisher’s total liability is capped at the amounts paid by the Client over the last 12 months. Indirect damages (loss of operations, data, revenue, reputation) and any administrative fines or penalties imposed on the Client are excluded.
10. Governing law & disputes
French law. Failing an amicable settlement, exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Versailles.
Enterprise accounts: specific terms apply under a signed contract and purchase order.
