Purposes and legal basis

Your data is used to send you the report, the newsletter, to notify you when a sector opens and, where relevant, to contact you. Legal basis: your consent.

Recipients

Emailing is operated by Brevo (EU). Your data is never resold.

Cookies and trackers

The site is built without advertising trackers, so no consent banner is required. The only mechanisms used are exempt from consent (strictly necessary, or audience measurement meeting the French CNIL’s criteria):

• Audience measurement (Umami) — cookieless, aggregate statistics, self-hosted in the EU.
• Session cookie (clx_session) — strictly necessary, present only within the signed-in client area to keep you authenticated. No tracking.
• Anti-bot (Cloudflare Turnstile) — on public forms, to block automated submissions. A strictly necessary security mechanism, with no advertising profiling.

No advertising, social-media or cross-site tracking cookie is set.
